Apostle Kathy Kinchen
Kathy Kinchen, Apostle of Pentecostal House of Prayer on 315 E. Central Ave., Valdosta, Ga. is married to Deacon Norvell Kinchen. They have four children, one son-in-law, and three grandchildren. Apostle Kinchen believes all Christians must, “put on the whole armor of God that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:11-12).”
As a small child, she battled against the odds of the enemy and came forth victoriously. She knows that through the blood of Jesus we can all be overcomers. She received a teaching for two years at Evangel Cathedral in Valdosta, Ga. There Jesus became Lord of her life. Shortly after that, she was ordained as pastor of the House of Prayer in Valdosta, Ga., and it was here that God told her He was raising Warriors and Leaders, building an army, and linking them together to tear down Satan’s kingdom. God is calling them out of all denominations to train them to walk in the Spirit, to have victory in their lives and to suffer with love, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Apostle Kinchen was under a ministry in Valdosta for half a year. Later the ministry (House of Prayer) became incorporated as Pentecostal House of Prayer. In 1997, God anointed Apostle Kinchen to go to the Nations. Her job is to teach them to walk in their deliverance and to train them to be Warriors and Leaders for Christ. God instructed her that she would take one lap around the world and she believes God for this to happen. This is a five-fold ministry and the nine gifts of the Spirit operate fluently. The ministry has traveled to many parts of the world including Africa. Many people have traveled from various states in the U.S. to be a part of the ministry.
“God is doing a wonderful thing, and it’s all over the world. He is raising up a church that will obey. Those that have been compromising with the devil are being taken off the battlefield. He’s placing His army that has the Spirit of David and will move out by the Spirit and power of God to fight the battle.” -Apostle Kathy Kinchen
